More than 30 years of experience in the wind industry, including 4 years as Head of Siemens Platforms in offshore wind. A specialist in innovation, project management and LEAN and Six Sigma process development, he has led from research through to large-scale industrial production.

Martin Herløv

Project Developer and International Consultant

Architect and engineer with more than 20 years in project development in the wind, automotive and construction sectors. Founder of econsultants, he has managed European and international projects with a focus on the Spanish market and offshore wind.

Ignacio Bona

Director of Logistics and Innovation

Industrial Engineer with more than 20 years in logistics, quality and innovation in the wind industry. He has led refurbishment programmes, O&M management and innovation projects at Siemens Gamesa and other multinationals.

Poul Pedersen

Engineering Manager in Renewable Energies

Electronics Engineer with more than 20 years of experience in the design and management of control systems, SCADA and industrial networks. He has worked at Vestas, Scada International and Vattenfall since 2001 in the wind sector.

Eystein Borgen

Norwegian engineer and entrepreneur, co-founder of Odfjell Oceanwind and former CEO/CTO of Sway Turbine AS. A recognised inventor with several patents, he has driven the development of offshore turbines and pioneering floating solutions worldwide.
